VistaBlue condo is 60% sold and nearing completion

VistaBlue Singer Island is 60 percent sold, and construction of the 19-story condominium is expected to conclude in March.
The developer, Third Palm Capital, has found buyers for 34 of the 58 units at VistaBlue, the first luxury condominium built on Singer Island in Riviera Beach in a decade.
Construction of VistaBlue started in late 2015 and was scheduled to conclude this month before Hurricane Irma hit South Florida in September and extended the construction schedule by 11 weeks.
Prices for the 24 unsold units range from $1.6 million to $7.6 million for a penthouse on the 19th floor.
