The three-story Italian food hall at Brickell City Centre is finally set to open Feb. 16, more than a year after the Shops at Brickell City Centre were completed.

In all, the 40,000-square-foot space on the northeast end of the mall at 701 South Miami Avenue will have 14 restaurants, five bars, a cooking school, retail space, a wine store and more than 1,000 specialty products. It marks the largest new food hall to open in Miami. It was designed by Urban Robot Associates.

La Centrale eventually plans to expand to cities like Atlanta and Boston.
