Pulte homes launch sales for the second phase of its Parkview at Hillcrest Hollywood development after selling almost all 151 homes in the first phase.

Parkview at Hillcrest Hollywood homesThe development site at 1101 Hillcrest Drive is the former Hillcrest Golf & Country Club, which Pulte acquired last year for $25 million.

Prices in the first phase of Parkview at Hillcrest started at $310,000 for a townhouse and $422,000 for a house, “but prices in phase two are higher,” said Brent Baker, president of the Southeast Division of Atlanta-based Pulte.

Parkview at Hillcrest ultimately will have 645 new residences, a roughly equal mix of houses and townhouses built around a 70-acre park with bicycle riding paths, plus two clubhouses, a swimming pool, fitness center, tennis facility and catering kitchen.
